City Takeover
Let's Take over the city!
The aim of the City Takeover urban festival is to introduce Budapest's iconic places with the public with the help of the biggest Djs from the electronic music genre. Our event series started in the summer of 2023 in collaboration with Sziget festival and the biggest hungarian party organizing collectives, which continues in the autumn time as well! Between the 24-25 of November we invite you to join us at the City Park Ice Rink where you can party at a heated Party Arena and Cinema Hall for a 2 day party, where you can listen to many exciting Djs from all around the world, supported by the resident Djs of the Budapest Calling, Cinematiné, Cinema Hall, House Piknik and Truesounds collectives.
During the next event of our series, you will be able to party in a heated tent next to the ice ring until 11:30 PM. But the party does not stop there! You are welcome to join our nighttime event, where you can listen to the set of many more Hungarian and foreign artists at Cinema Hall.

Our previous events
This summer in collaboration with Sziget festival we have managed to bring you a very special series of events. 3 iconic locations, 4 days, 5 foreign DJs, and 6 organizer collectives: this was this year's Sziget City Takeover in a couple of words and numbers. During the first two parties, the Be Massive & Cinema Hall collectives welcomed our guests, which was continued by House Piknik's party at the City Park. The week was closed by Citymatiné's daytime event at the Eiffel Square.
